Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note that cancellations or refunds of class registrations are not permitted after purchase due to the immediate electronic delivery of pre-course information and study materials, which hold a value exceeding the registration fee. As these materials cannot be “recalled,” all registrations are non-refundable.

Class Rescheduling

Changes to class dates or locations are permitted if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. To reschedule, simply email your instructor or info@serveitupsafe.com to arrange a new training or exam date. If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, a rescheduling fee of $25 or 20% of the estimated training cost (whichever is greater) will apply.

No-Show Policy

If a registrant arrives after the 9 a.m. training start time or 1 p.m. exam start, their registration is forfeited. They may attend another class or exam if (1) they receive written permission from their instructor via email and (2) pay a $25 no-show fee on their new date.

Class Schedule Variability

Serve It Up Safe training classes may occasionally start or end at different times due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public health issues, venue requirements, power outages, or instructor discretion). While these instances are rare, refunds or compensation are not provided if attendance is impacted by changes in class start times.

How to Reschedule

To request a new class date or submit payment for a no-show fee, please email your instructor or contact us at info@serveitupsafe.com. Include your full name, the date/location of your original class, and your preferred new date.
