Pass or Re-Test Guarantee

If you purchased the “Pass or Re-Test Guarantee,” you are eligible for one free re-test if you do not pass the exam on your first attempt. Any additional re-tests must be purchased separately.

Standard Retest Option

If you did not purchase the guarantee and fail the Food Manager examination, you may retest at 50% off your original registration price, provided you originally attended a public in-person Food Manager class. Additional retests must be paid in full.

How to Schedule Your Retest

To request a new class date, confirm your retest eligibility, or submit payment for a retest fee, please email your instructor or contact us at info@serveitupsafe.com. Include your full name, the date/location of your original class, and your preferred new date.
